At Life Edit, I offer a selection of digital downloads, personalised products and printed gifts. Cancellation rights vary depending on the type of product purchased.

Instant Digital Downloads

Instant digital products are delivered electronically after purchase.

If you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that your cancellation right will be lost once the download begins, you will normally no longer be able to cancel simply because you've changed your mind.

If the required consent and acknowledgement haven't been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights may still apply.

If your file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, please contact me so I can put things right.

Personalised Digital Products

Personalised digital products are created individually using the information you provide.

Please check all names, spelling and personalisation details before placing your order.

If you need to make a change, please contact me as quickly as possible. I'll do my best to help if work hasn't already begun.

Cancellation rights depend on the nature of the product and the applicable consumer law. Personalisation does not remove your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Personalised Printed Products

Personalised printed items are created especially for you.

These products are generally excluded from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

If you need to change your personalisation details, please get in touch as soon as possible.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised by me or not as described, your statutory rights still apply.

Non-Personalised Printed Products

Standard non-personalised printed products can normally be cancelled before dispatch.

For eligible online purchases, you also have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify me that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.

Pre-Orders

Some products may occasionally be offered for pre-order.

Where this applies, the product page will explain the expected dispatch timeframe, payment arrangements and relevant cancellation information before purchase.

Your statutory cancellation rights will depend on the type of product ordered.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to amend a name, spelling, address or other order detail, please email me as soon as possible.

I'll always do my best to help where changes are still possible.
