Thank you for visiting my website. These Terms of Service explain how purchases, digital downloads and personalised products work.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable information provided in the product description and other store policies.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Life Edit offers a growing collection of products designed to make everyday life a little easier, brighter and more enjoyable.

These may include:

• Instant digital downloads

• Planners, reset guides and practical printables

• Personalised digital products

• Printed and personalised gifts

• Seasonal products and creative collections

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing, as delivery methods and personalisation requirements may vary.

3. Digital Downloads

Digital products are supplied electronically. No physical item will be posted unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

Instant downloads are normally available once payment has been successfully processed.

Digital files are intended for personal use only unless a separate commercial licence has been expressly provided.

You may print purchased files for your own personal use or for the intended recipient, but you may not resell, redistribute, share the original digital files or offer the designs as your own products without written permission.

Digital downloads are subject to statutory consumer rights.

If you expressly agree to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the loss of your 14-day cancellation right once supply begins, you will normally lose that cancellation right when delivery starts.

If the required consent and acknowledgement haven't been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights may continue to apply.

If a digital product is faulty or not as described, please contact me so the issue can be resolved.

4. Personalised Orders

Personalised items are created using the information you provide when placing your order.

Please check all names, spelling, ages and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible.

I'll do my best to accommodate amendments before work begins, although changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Personalised and made-to-order goods are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

However, your statutory rights still apply if a product is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

5. Printed Products

Printed items are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch.

Product descriptions will explain what is included and whether an item is personalised or supplied as a standard printed product.

Delivery arrangements, preparation times and any applicable postage charges will be provided before purchase.

Where Life Edit arranges delivery, responsibility for ensuring goods reach you safely remains with Life Edit in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please contact me if your order is damaged, incorrect or fails to arrive within the agreed delivery timeframe.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

The applicable product price and any additional delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, I'll contact you before processing the affected order. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with your legal rights.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers made available at checkout.

Life Edit does not receive your full payment card details.

Orders will normally be processed once payment has been authorised.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Instant digital downloads and personalised digital files are delivered electronically and do not require postage.

Printed products are delivered to the address supplied at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.

If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible so I can try to correct it before dispatch.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of product purchased.

Non-personalised physical products are normally subject to the statutory 14-day cancellation period for distance purchases.

Personalised goods are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Digital products have specific cancellation rules, including requirements for express consent to immediate supply.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain subject to statutory consumer protections.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

10. Privacy & Personal Information

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Life Edit Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Information may be used to process orders, personalise products, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries and provide customer support.

Relevant information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the website and fulfil orders, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Personal information will not be sold by Life Edit.

11. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, designs, downloadable files, written content and other creative materials produced by Life Edit remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property rights.

You may use purchased products for their intended personal purpose, subject to any licence terms supplied with the product.

You may not reproduce, redistribute or sell Life Edit designs commercially without written permission.

Third-party trademarks, artwork and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Life Edit website or its products.

This includes:

• Uploading malicious software or harmful content
